At 1st Choice Rentals we are now doing Rent to Own Apple Ipads, so as the purchasing officer I had to look into the different models of Ipads that you can get.
After a little research of the apple website I found that there are only a couple of differences, the memory capacity and the type of internet connection you want to use.
1 ) Memory is obvious the bigger the memory capacity, 32MB or 64MB,
the more stuff you can store on there.
2) Internet Connection can be either Wi-fi or 3G,
Wi Fi - if you have a wireless router at your home, work, school that you are allowed to connect into (ie you have the password or there is no password) then you can connect to the internet through the local Wi-fi Connection.
3G - is a mobile network, so you need to get a special mobile Sim Card for your apple Ipad. Most major telcos are now doing 3G plans, you will pay approx $30 to start up with 3GB data, then each month you will need to recharge the sim card by purchasing more credit. Just like a pre-paid mobile.
